High Point in progress!

High Point is a multi-faceted development with retail, office, and residential components. Residents of High Point's 72 luxury townhomes will be just a few of those to enjoy the free-standing Starbucks, Olive-Garden, and other retail amenities located along the development's road frontage on Route 96. 
Ardent is proud to represent High Point's office component which will encompass two 120,000 SF buildings and one 150,000 SF structure. Along with progressive architecture and state-of-the-art efficiency, the development's many amenities include stunning views of the Finger Lakes region, underground parking, and direct access to the finest retail in metro Rochester.
The first office building was completed in February 2009 and is 100% occupied by Constellation Brands. Ardent is actively talking with prospects for the remaining two pad sites.
