Client Focus: FRA

Ardent Commercial Real Estate Advisors was proud to partner with Jones Lang LaSalle to represent FRA Engineering in its 2008 search for a new Rochester, NY office headquarters. FRA went to market driven by a need to expand and a desire to relocate to the City of Rochester. The company will lease 20,200 SF at Corporate Place on East Avenue beginning in early 2009.

FRA is a professional consulting firm that provides full-service engineering and architectural services to clients throughout the United States from 28 offices across the country. FRA was founded in 1992 and acquired in 2007 by T.Y. Lin International.
